Me and my Blackberry

I remember when i didn't have a blackberry I went 'oh please I don't understand this whole blackberry craze', now i go 'they just don't get it, you have to own one to know the joys of a bb'. When I compare Iphie of those days and Iphie of now, I say to myself 'what the hell were you thinking', well thank goodness i finally saw the light.
This days i can hardly go a day without my blackberry, i have panic attacks when my battery bar is reduced by even one bar. I remember waking up this morning to no 3G or EDGE network, I literally freaked out, I couldn't function and was just existing and bam service was back on, I gave a big whop at the office that sure would have gotten me fired had the boss been around.

I love my blackberry, I really do but I don't like what the craze for owning one has turned a lot of girls into, its turned most of them into greedy little monsters, who would stop at nothing to ensure the own one. Blackberries are now seen as status symbols, why should owning a blackberry define who you are. My answer is, it shouldn't, it shouldn't be a do or die affair to own one, if I can't save to buy one or get one from my folks, I don't see why I would resort to unprintable things to get one.
My blackberry is the best thing that has happened to me in long while and am gonna enjoy it while it lasts,  here's to me and my blackberry, many years to come and loadza new blackberries in my future.

The whole election ish

The time is here again, for us to choose who is going to rule us for the next four years. Its like the fate of Nigeria has been put in your hands and its up to you to decide what the next four years would hold. The future of the country lies in our hands, the future of our children, of our youths lies in your hands.
I know a lot of people out there that are like "why should i vote, after all my vote doesn't count" and my answer to them is simple. there are a lot of reasons why you should, lemme try to help you see reason:
1. Vote because it is your right, it is a right inherent in you so why not exercise it. After all you don't reject you right to live or your right to personal liberty.
2. When you vote the election riggers run out of ballot papers to cheat with, so in a way your vote would count, because it will be counted for the candidate you felt was better suited to rule.
3. Vote so you would be able to give God an answer when he asks why you decided to let Nigeria be destroyed by these thieves. You pray to God everyday for a better Nigeria, well here is you window to a better Nigeria, or do you expect God to come down from heaven to do that for you. You are God's implement for change in Nigeria , so use your votes wisely.
4. Vote just for the experience of voting, its not a crime, just don't let your vote be used to install these people that hate everything Nigeria represents.
So put your shoe on and walk down to the next registrations center and register to vote, registration is open to all who are eighteen and above till the 29th of January.
Who knows you might catch celebrities like Eldee, Darey, Banky W at your registration center and get a picture and an autograph.
Whatever your reason is for voting, just make sure you vote, it would ensure a better Nigeria, with good roads, brilliant power supply, quality education and good jobs

My first post

Since this is my first post I have decided not to write on any topic in particular. I am just gonna go with the flow and write whatever it is that comes to my head
I decided to write this blog because I always have a lot of things going through my head, I just want to to share my thoughts with the world. I want to able to share my opinions with the world, I have always loved to write, though i remember as a child, I kept writing stories that I never completed, I think I would leave writing a novel to my kid sister, she is really good at it, you should read one of her books then you would understand.
I remember telling my sister i wanted to start a blog and she was like oh thats such a good idea. I kept dragging my feet about it, but i woke up this morning and the first thing i did was to open my laptop and started my blog, i think God spoke to me last night.
I think my books are calling, so I would go face that for now, but be sure to expect something fun and fresh the next time you read from me.
